Something Wicked is the only enemy in 0-S. It resembles a tall and extremely thin dark gray humanoid figure.
Behavior
Something Wicked will patrol the level, walking through two patrol points, one being at the Red Skull pedestal room and the other being at the Cerberus room until it spots the player, indicated by it emitting a sharp whisper, and chasing them down until line of sight is broken, after which it will go back to patrolling the level. It constantly makes a buzzing sound, increasing in intensity as it grows closer to the player.
Attacks
Contact
Upon touching the player, Something Wicked deals 999 damage and teleports away.
Strategy
When Something Wicked is damaged, it will teleport to the farthest patrol point from the player. The Whiplash trivializes this process as has good fire speed and can be used rapidly.
Additionally, it emits a low buzzing sound that gets louder depending on the distance to the player, making it easy to track.
Punching with a held Skull will cause said Skull to glow brighter for a short period of time, making it slightly easier for the player to to spot and damage Something Wicked when it is close.
Something Wicked cannot enter spaces that are shorter than itself, so hiding in a vent or low ceiling area can prevent it from reaching the player.
Terminal Entry
DATA:
Very little is known about this creature.
Some speculate it to be a Husk, but due to its elusive and extremely hostile nature, no one has been able to confirm the hypothesis.
Only one has ever been observed and it has never been seen leaving the section of the Mouth of Hell in which it currently resides.
STRATEGY:
- Any attack will temporarily cause it to relocate, but there are no known ways to kill it.

Trivia
- "Something Wicked This Way Comes" is originally a line from Macbeth, written by William Shakespeare. It has been referenced numerous times in pop-culture. The name of this enemy may be a reference to either the base material, or to one of the many works referencing it.
- The model used for Something Wicked is practically identical to that used for the Puppets, on account of both using the beta Filth model. The only difference between Something Wicked and Puppets is that the former's model is stretched vertically.
