The Puppet is an enemy introduced in 7-3: NO SOUND, NO MEMORY.
Puppets appear to be humanoid entities made of blood, and visually vibrate and change shape. They can take on the form of other enemies, effectively becoming them, albeit with reduced stats.
Behavior
Puppets slowly walk towards their target, swiping when in range.
All Puppet forms, including the standard one, take 2× damage and have a 25% reduction to their speed.
Puppets immediately die if sanded by a Stalker, as they are made of pure blood.
Attacks against Puppets give no style and do not procure style bonuses.
Attacks
Swipe
The Puppet will take a swipe at its target, dealing 10 damage to the player or 1 damage to enemies.
This attack cannot be parried.
Strategy
The Standard form's melee attacks are slow and easy to dodge if the player stays out of their range, making them very easy to fight.
Sawblade traps are especially good for taking them out since they spawn in a large group and walk in predictable straight lines. Projectile boosts and the
Rocket Launchers are also good for taking them out.

Trivia
- The Standard form reuses the old
Filth model and animations.
- When an enemy is Puppeted via the
Spawner Arm, then enraged, they will lose their puppeted bodies except some parts(trail effects when attacking etc.). Their stats stay the same.
